| Learning Reiki
The
attunements are a deeply spiritual, joyful experience. The energy
channels of the body are opened and the initiate becomes a vessel for
Reiki healing. The effect of attunement never wears off, once attuned, Reiki is with you for life and is part of who you are. Many feel the
movement of energy, see vivid colours, visions or symbols during the attunements. It is a wonderful way to bring healing to yourself, your loved ones and animals.
During my pregnacy, I practiced Reiki daily on my bump - the result is a beautiful, well behaved, balanced child - but I might be biased! ;)
I give guided meditations on all of my courses to lead you into the Reiki circle of light.
Reiki I creates the Healer: 4 attunements
The first step. Learn the Reiki healing system and the hand positions, Chakra points, Reiki history & Reiki ethics, protection & grounding. Once you have completed a Reiki course at Sutton Reiki Centre, you are welcome to join us for the monthly Reiki Share & Support group, free of charge. This will help your learning and practise. You will have my support as your Reiki Master for as long as you need it. Reiki I must be completed before Reiki II.
Reiki II creates the Practitioner: 1 attunent
Learn the powerful, ancient Reiki symbols to enhance and strenghten you healing. We will practice 'Distant Healing', empowering food and water and scanning the Aura. After Reiki II, you can accept clients or set up your own healing centre. It's wonderful to see people coming to you, looking depleted and tired, to leave with a new lease of life and spark.
Reiki III creates the Master/Teacher: 1 attunement
If you feel you are called further, Reiki III creates the Master/Teacher. This is a very strong & moving attunement, to be welcomed into the circle of light and greeted by the Angels and Ascended Masters. The call to teach is very strong - you can't mistake it. You will be able to teach and attune others. It is highly recommended you wait AT LEAST 6 months between Reiki II & Reiki III to allow the energies to settle.
Crystal Reiki: 1 attunement
For those at Reiki level II or above there is Crystal Reiki. You learn about these beautiful wonders of nature, quartz crystal formations, how to use, cleanse and empower crystals, use them to balance the Chakras and meridians, make crystal elixiars... We will practice aura scanning and balancing with crystals. You will find out how to intutively chose crystals for yourself & your clients and layouts for healing, cleansing and protection. There are also new symbols to learn to 'power up' the crystals.
